How long does the appointment take?
About 1.5–2 hours. If old lashes from another salon need to be removed first, up to 2.5 hours.
How long do lashes last?
UV/LED lashes about 5–7 weeks, regular lashes about 3–5 weeks. Your natural lashes shed a little every day, so extensions fall out gradually with them, which is normal.
When should I come for a refill?
About every 3 weeks, to keep them full and fresh.
What is UV/LED and is it safe?
A special glue cured instantly with a UV/LED lamp: a stronger bond, fewer glue fumes and less irritation. It holds much better in Dubai heat and humidity.
Can you remove lashes from another salon?
Yes, gently and safely, for 30 AED.
Can I do lashes during pregnancy?
Yes, we do lashes for pregnant women.
How do I take care of my lashes?
On the first day avoid very hot water on your face. Keep oily creams and oil-based makeup remover away from your lashes. Hormonal medication or antibiotics can make lashes fall out faster.
What if lashes fall out?
If they fall within 3 days because of our work, we refill them for free at the studio.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Please tell us as early as you can. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50 AED deposit is taken at your next appointment. It is a deposit, not an extra fee.
Do you come to my home?
Yes, anywhere in Dubai for a 50 AED travel fee. At the studio in Al Barsha 1 there is no travel fee.
Where is the studio?
Al Raha Building, Al Barsha 1, right behind Mall of the Emirates. Metro: Mall of the Emirates. Parking: exit D, level G. Open every day 08:00–22:00.
How can I pay?
Cash, card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
